PHOTOS: The Most Annoying Elephant Gifts For Idaho Parties
It's once again that time of the year when most Idahoans are scrambling to find cheap gifts for holiday gathering games like white elephant exchanges.
I toured some retail stores in southern Idaho to put together the best of the worst items that are sure to repulse friends, family members, and co-workers at holiday parties for less than $20.
Let's face it, the greatest joy a person gets from holiday gift exchanges is seeing the expression on that least favorite relative or fellow staffer's face when they open the crappiest, most embarrassing item, which should be the one you bought if you did your job correctly.
The Best Of The Worst Holiday Gift Exchange Items For Sale In Your Town
The items listed below were found at stores including Walmart, Target, and T.J. Maxx. Buying any of them for your holiday exchange is sure to annoy whoever unwraps them.
Let's start with the Ramen Comfort Blanket. My daughter eats ramen for dinner at least four days a week, but even I wouldn't waist money on this thing. Damn, that's just hideous.
The Yeti Cave Cookie Kit also retails for less than $20 and exudes anxiety. Just look at that Yeti's punchable face.
Can we just stop caring about Martha Stewart already? These decorative ornaments will surely be one of the last items someone will get saddled with at the exchange.
If the thought of year-round Elf on the Shelf products gives you nausea, it will probably not be well received by the unfortunate soul who decides to walk back to their seat with this horror show in a box.
Know that I am a die-hard Philadelphia Eagles fan (have been since the eighties), but even I am tired of the Kelsey brothers. Yes, Jason helped my team to a championship in 2017, but I'm tired of seeing him buzzed, shirtless, and screaming in a parking lot before a game.
Don't get me started about Travis. Here's a guy who just said on a podcast that in the nearly three years he's been dating Taylor Swift, they've NEVER had a single argument. I can guess at least two items Taylor has in her purse right now.

The Eddie Munson Stranger Things Wall Art piece retails at just under $20 (without tax). Some people might find this tacky as hell, but I'd be stoked to open this up at a holiday party; I might already own one...full disclosure.
Here are some more dishonorable mentions:
Cheeto Snuggie
Emotional Support Pickle
More Elf on the Shelf ridiculousness.
Boxbollen
