With the news that In-N-Out Burger has finally received approval to build in Twin Falls, excitement is building in Twin Falls. Old Twin Falls Restaurants We Miss

All this talk about In-N-Out got me thinking—while we’re excited for something new, there’s something irreplaceable about the restaurants we’ve lost over the years. Back in the day, Twin Falls had a fantastic lineup of local eateries, and while many of them are now gone, their memory still lives on.

I reached out to the Facebook group I Grew Up in the Magic Valley in the '80s-'90s to see what old-school spots people would bring back if given the chance. It turns out there’s a lot of nostalgia for the restaurants that made Twin Falls special back then.

Here’s a look at 11 Twin Falls Restaurants That Twin Would Rather See Return Than an In-N-Out (And no shade to In-N-Out, of course—this is all for the sake of some fun food nostalgia!).

Some Great Food Has Come and Gone from Twin Falls

While there’s plenty of excitement for new additions like In-N-Out, it’s clear that the heart of Twin Falls still beats with fond memories of its food history. These restaurants left their mark on the community, serving up more than just meals—they were a part of our everyday lives. And while they may be gone, they’re certainly not forgotten.

Did We Miss Anyone?
