Have Fun at These 10 Events This Valentine’s Day Weekend in the Magic Valley

Another weekend is fast approaching, and it will be a busy one. It will be President's Day on Monday, making a three-day weekend for some, and Valentine's Day on Friday will have many out and about this weekend and many men are stressed about where to go or what to do with their wives or partners. There is plenty to choose from when it comes to getting out this weekend as there will be many events taking place to get out and enjoy in the Magic Valley. Here are some options for things to do this weekend.

Thursday, February 13 - Twin Falls Death by Chocolate

If you want to start the weekend off by stuffing your face full of chocolate, don't miss Twin Falls Death by Chocolate happening this Thursday at Kneaders in Twin Falls from 6 PM to 7 PM. This event is for those aged 12 and over and is $15 per person. You can sample multiple items, get a drink, and get 20% off retail as well. Thursday, February 13 Through Saturday, February 15 - 'Mama Mia'

With the weather being unpredictable this weekend, finding a place to stay warm while being entertained is the best idea. To please your partner with a great date idea and to stay warm, why not go see 'Mama Mia' this weekend at the Historic Wilson Theatre in Rupert? Friday, February 14 and Saturday, February 15 - CSI Baseball

It may seem too early, but the CSI baseball season is already well underway, having played double-digit games. They will finally make their regular season home debut this weekend, with multiple chances to watch them play. Despite it being cold get out you can catch them this Friday and Saturday. Friday they will play a double header against Weber State at 1 PM and 3 PM and follow that up with a doubleheader on Saturday against Utah State, also at 1 PM and 3 PM. Friday, February 14 - Valentine's Dinner For a Cause

Valentine's Day is about love, and that can mean different things. Love for a member of our community isn't the type typically celebrated on Valentine's Day, but this year it should be. A member of the Magic Valley needs help and you can enjoy a romantic Valentine's Day dinner while helping a good cause. There is a Valentine's Day Dinner for a Cause happening this Friday at Woody's 2.0, located at 677 Filer Ave in Twin Falls. There will be dinner from 7 PM to 9 PM, live music, raffles, and a silent auction, and tickets are $75 per couple. Friday, February 14 and Saturday, February 15 - The Relationship Show

With it being Valentine's Day this weekend, instead of going to dinner, why not have a fun date night at a comedy and entertainment show? 'The Relationship Show' will be taking place this weekend at the Orpheum Theatre in Twin Falls and will be happening on Friday and Saturday night with showtimes being at 7 PM each night. Saturday, February 15 - CSI Women's Basketball

The CSI women's basketball team is back home and looking to start a new winning streak after winning on Wednesday. They currently are 19-7 on the season. Saturday, February 15 - Valentine's Day Celebration

It might be the day after Valentine's Day, but you can celebrate on Saturday with or without the whole family by enjoying a meal, winning some prizes, and having a fun time. There will be a Valentine's Day Celebration at Filer Senior Haven on Saturday from 2 PM to 5 PM and they will be offering a lasagna/spaghetti dinner with a dessert tower, silent auction, door prizes, and more. Saturday, February 15 - CSI Men's Basketball

The CSI men's basketball team will also be in action this weekend, making it a busy sports weekend on campus. The men are currently 19-7 on the season and lost their last two games. Saturday, February 15 - 'The Pied Piper'

If you want to get out and enjoy a show this weekend the Missoula Children's Theatre will be performing 'The Pied Piper' this Saturday at 3 PM and 7 PM. Saturday, February 15 - Galentine's Day

Not every woman has someone to enjoy Valentine's Day with, so instead of being home and pouting, get out and have fun at Galentine's Day and enjoy a girl's day. It is taking place this Saturday from 4 PM to 8 PM at 124 Main Ave N Suite # 104. It is being put on by Canyon Rim Crafts and Boutique and there will be makeup artists, tattoos, piercings, games, prizes, snacks, live music, and more.
