I'm back in Boise! I moved here originally in 1996, then left in 2003, returned in 2006, moved to East Idaho in 2011, and have returned! With that said, some things have changed and some remain the same. But, I need your help when it comes to The Best Eats in Idaho.

Are You Up For The Big Jud Challenge?

Big Jud's, 1289 S Protest Rd, Boise, or their original location, 411 West 7800 Archer, ID. Home of the Big Jud Challenge: a 2 pound burger with all the trimmings and a huge basket of fries or tater tots. If a customer can eat than in 30 mins or less they get on the wall of fame! Everything else is delicious too and they have plenty of fry sauce.

Man Vs. Food

One of my favorite memories was actually trying the Big Jud challenge in Boise with my sons when Adam from Man Vs. Food was in town filming an episode. Check out BeardMeatsFoods attempt of this meaty challenge.

Best Burgers In Boise: Don't Forget The Everyday Chains.

McDonald's: The Golden Arches are a childhood favorite and still a drive-thru that I frequent with my kids. Recently, the Big Arch burger really impressed my tastebuds.

In-N-Out Burger: Simple. Fresh. Fast. Affordable. Delicious. Everything you want for burger night with the family.

Red Robin: Great burgers and bottomless fries in a comfortable and family friendly dine-in restaurant. What more could you ask for?

All in all, I think every place on this list will satisfy the burger lover in Boise and beyond, and definitely put a well earned grease stain or two on the front of your t-shirt!

Pass the fry sauce and the napkins! Bon Appettit!
